All net proceeds, after payment of prizes and reasonable operating expenses, are applied exclusively for community and charitable purposes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Participation is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or over.

By obtaining a bingo book, flyer page, raffle ticket, or participating in any bingo or raffle event, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years of age;

  • you are legally entitled to participate;

  • and the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse participation;

  • cancel entries;

  • suspend accounts;

  • withhold prizes;

  • or request proof of identity or age,

where we reasonably believe these conditions have not been satisfied.

3. Nature of the Activity

Kilconly Bingo operates a community fundraising bingo event conducted in Ireland.

The bingo session is conducted live and may be streamed, broadcast, or hosted online to allow participants to follow the bingo call remotely.

Kilconly Bingo is operated as a charitable and community fundraising activity and not as a commercial gambling service.

No profits are distributed to directors, officers, volunteers, or members.

Attendance during the live session is not required in order to win.

4. International Participation and Third-Party Venues

Kilconly Bingo is operated exclusively from Ireland by Kilconly Community Enterprise Company Limited by Guarantee in accordance with applicable Irish law.

Participants accessing or viewing Kilconly Bingo from outside Ireland do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful within their own jurisdiction.

Kilconly Bingo may occasionally be viewed or displayed in third-party venues, including bars, pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants, or community venues, for entertainment and viewing purposes only.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by the Organiser:

  • third-party venues are not operators, agents, partners, or representatives of Kilconly Bingo;

  • third-party venues are not authorised to sell bingo books, flyer pages, or raffle tickets on behalf of the Organiser;

  • third-party venues are not authorised to collect payments or stakes from participants;

  • third-party venues are not authorised to administer or operate bingo games;

  • and third-party venues have no authority to determine or verify bingo results or prizes.

All bingo books, flyer pages, raffle tickets, and related entries must be obtained directly through the official Kilconly Bingo website or other officially authorised sales channels operated by the Organiser.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for:

  • local legal restrictions affecting participants outside Ireland;

  • unauthorised third-party activity;

  • or representations made by independent venues or persons without written authorisation.

5. Bingo Books, Flyers, and Raffles

Bingo Books

Bingo tickets are referred to as “bingo books”.

Each bingo book contains multiple bingo games played sequentially during the bingo session.

Books are valid only for the specific event date printed on the ticket and may not be reused or transferred to another event.

Typical pricing may include:

  • Single Book – €10

  • Double Book – €15

Pricing may vary for special events and promotions.

Flyers

Optional additional bingo pages (“flyers”) may be offered for designated jackpot games.

Flyers are typically priced separately and are played concurrently with the corresponding game within the main bingo session.

Participation in flyer games is optional.

Raffles

Optional raffles may occasionally be conducted alongside the bingo event.

Raffle details, including pricing and prizes, are published in advance of the draw where applicable.

Participation in raffles is optional and independent of participation in the bingo.

6. Entries, Payments, and Refunds

All bingo books, flyer pages, raffle tickets, and related entries must be obtained before the commencement of the relevant bingo session.

Entries are:

  • event-specific;

  • non-transferable;

  • and generally non-refundable once the event has commenced,

except where required by applicable Irish law.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry where:

  • payment has not been successfully processed;

  • fraud is suspected;

  • a technical error has occurred;

  • or participation would breach these Terms or applicable law.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment service providers. We do not store full payment card details.

7. Operation of the Bingo

Numbers are generated randomly and announced sequentially by the live bingo caller.

Participants are responsible for marking and monitoring their own bingo books and flyer pages.

The bingo management system records all valid entries in play and assists the Organiser in identifying and verifying potential winners.

A prize is only deemed won once:

  • the winning pattern has been achieved;

  • the claim has been verified;

  • and the Organiser has confirmed the result.

The Organiser retains records of:

  • numbers called;

  • winning tickets;

  • prize allocations;

  • and event results,

for verification and compliance purposes.

8. Attendance and Claiming Prizes

Attendance during the live session is not required in order to win.

Winning ticket details may be published on the Kilconly Bingo website following the event.

Participants are responsible for:

  • checking results;

  • verifying their tickets;

  • and contacting the Organiser to claim prizes where necessary.

Prizes remain subject to verification and compliance with these Terms and the published Bingo Rules.

The Organiser reserves the right to require:

  • proof of purchase;

  • proof of identity;

  • or additional verification documentation,

before releasing prize payments.

9. Prizes and Jackpot Games

Prize structures may vary between events and are published in advance of each bingo session.

Certain games may include progressive or conditional jackpot prizes, including Games 5 and 8.

Jackpot prizes are subject to:

  • specified call limits;

  • defined winning conditions;

  • rollover procedures;

  • and any additional published rules.

Jackpot prizes are not guaranteed to be won during any particular bingo session.

10. Multiple Winners and Prize Sharing

Where two or more valid winners achieve the same winning pattern on the same call for the same prize, the applicable prize shall be divided equally between all verified winners.

The total advertised prize fund for the relevant game shall not increase due to multiple winners.

The Organiser’s decision regarding simultaneous wins and prize allocation shall be final.

11. Verification and Prize Payments

All prizes are subject to verification by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to:

  • investigate any claim;

  • delay payment pending verification;

  • refuse payment where fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Verified prizes will normally be paid by electronic transfer or another approved payment method.

12. Technical Issues and Event Disruption

The Organiser shall not be responsible for interruptions caused by:

  • internet failures;

  • device malfunctions;

  • software issues;

  • third-party platform outages;

  • or events outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.

Where necessary to preserve fairness and integrity, the Organiser may:

  • pause;

  • delay;

  • suspend;

  • reschedule;

  • or cancel

all or part of a bingo session.

Any such decision shall be made reasonably and in good faith.

13. Responsible Participation

Participants are encouraged to participate responsibly.

Kilconly Bingo is intended as a community fundraising activity and not as a source of income or financial gain.

We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party providers or external websites.

16. Regulatory Position

Kilconly Bingo operates in accordance with applicable Irish law, including the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956 (as amended) and any applicable court authorisations or licences.

The Organiser monitors ongoing regulatory developments, including the implementation of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024 and the future licensing framework of the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland.

The Organiser intends to comply fully with all applicable licensing and regulatory requirements as they become applicable.

17. Limitation of Liability

Participation in Kilconly Bingo is entirely voluntary.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, the Organiser shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential loss;

  • loss arising from technical failures;
